Objective To evaluate some important details for manage of secondary ear chondritis of burn patients.

目的探讨烧伤继发耳软骨炎治疗方法中需要全面考虑的几个细节。

Results : All the 60 ears healed. No ear chondritis occurred. The average healing time was 31. 06 days.

结果：41 例 60 耳全部治愈，无一例发生耳软骨炎，平均愈合时间 31.06 天。

32 cases healed with residual superficial scar, 3 cases with partial necrotic disfigure of the auricle and 16 cases with ear chondritis ;
